Clash of the Cukes
Calling all local restaurants and pickle makers in Charleston!
Our “Clash of the Cukes” competition decides who has the best pickles in Charleston.

Pickle samples for our attendees
How it will work:
The first 1,000 people who purchase tickets to Pickle Palooza III will receive sampling tickets and a token. You must provide a free sample to any attendee in exchange for one of their sampling tickets. Attendees will then vote for their favorite pickles by placing their token inside the bucket they like the most. The winning restaurant/vendor will be featured in the local press and win a cash prize!
The guidelines:
While we expect some competitors to provide a traditional pickle tasting, we are encouraging all types of pickles. Whatever your take on pickles is, we want it at the festival. The weirder the better. Spiced pickles? Obviously. Pickle flights? Perfect. Pickle wrapped in another pickle? (A pickle inception if you will). Glorious. There is no limit to the weirdness here. Please keep in mind that this should be something that can be made into SAMPLES, and not complex to make (such as frying, baking, etc), as we are expecting a large number of attendees. If you would also like to sell your beautiful pickle creation in larger quantities, you can do so as a vendor, for which there is a fee.
