Last updated: 08/25/26

Welcome to Pickle Palooza, produced by Red Devil Events ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of tickets to, and attendance at, any Pickle Palooza event ("Event"). By using this website or purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or purchase a ticket.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing a ticket, or attending an Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

2. Tickets

All ticket purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Tickets are issued to the purchaser and may be subject to verification at the door, including matching the name on the ticket to a valid photo ID. The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the Event, without refund, for conduct that violates these Terms, poses a safety risk, or otherwise disrupts the Event.

3. Age Requirements & Conduct

Certain activities, areas, or ticket types at the Event may have age restrictions. It is your responsibility to review Event-specific information for any applicable age requirements. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful and respectful manner. The Company reserves the right to remove any attendee for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior.

4. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

You acknowledge that attendance at the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: large crowds, uneven or outdoor terrain, weather conditions, alcohol service and consumption (by yourself and other attendees), physical activities and activations (including but not limited to pickleball and other interactive games), noise, and the general risks associated with public gatherings.

By purchasing a ticket to, or attending, the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, whether known or unknown, and release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Company, its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, venue owners, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, illness, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or your property while attending, traveling to, or traveling from the Event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This release does not apply to damages caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Released Parties, to the extent such a limitation is required by applicable law.

5. Photo, Video & Audio Release

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and audio-recorded, and you grant the Company a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your image, likeness, and voice, in any photographs, video, or audio recordings taken at the Event, for any purpose, including promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without compensation, notification, or further consent, and without the right to inspect or approve the finished product.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to avoid areas where photography and recording are taking place, or to notify Event staff on-site.

6. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website, or interfere with any other party's use of it.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text, and images, is the property of the Company or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Vendors & Sponsors

The Event may feature third-party vendors, sponsors, and performers. The Company is not responsible for the products, services, actions, or omissions of any third party at the Event.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or attendance at the Event.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website or attendance at future Events constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
